The way we talk is the most distinctive thing about an individual or his or her community. Journey Proud welcomes back linguist Dr. Anna Head as we head to North Alabama. In contrast to our south Alabama trip, we travel from Albertville to Hamilton through the part of the state where the ‘R’ sound is much more pronounced.
