Some $22M in outside money has been spent on NJ congressional races, $14M of that in CD7

Hundreds of thousands of New Jersey residents have cast their ballots for the midterm elections. The turnout for early in-person voting and voting by mail is likely to be a key indicator for the parties heading into Tuesday, when even candidates considered “safe” are running like they’re in competitive races.
