As the second impeachment trial of former President Trump begins, the charge he faces is “incitement of insurrection” with reference to the January 6 Capitol riots. The defense argues that the trial is unconstitutional and that Trump's rhetoric was protected by the First Amendment. Bob Corker served as a Republican senator until 2019 and was an early Trump critic. He joins the show to discuss.
