Performances by National Ballet of China at Lincoln Center Festival during July 8-12.

Lincoln Center Festival presents two shows by National Ballet of China during the period July 8-12. “The Peony Pavilion,” based on a famous love story, features an eclectic score that references works by Debussy, Ravel, and Prokofiev. “The Red Detachment of Women” is best known as the ballet staged for President Nixon during his 1972 visit to China and continues to be extremely popular.
