NARRATOR: Hey, Frog, Bee and Bug.
Where are you guys going?
We're giving a concert at the beach.
(groaning) How are we getting to the beach, Frog?
I can't carry all this stuff the whole way.
Don't worry, bugs.
I have a plan.
Ta-da!
We're traveling in style today.
In a... Pl... ane.
(engine humming) KIDS: Plane!
Fancy, a plane.
Okay, bugs, hop in.
We got to hurry.
(croaks) Okay, everybody seat-belted in?
Bug?
Bee?
Fly?
Hey, where's Fly?
Um, last time I saw him he was in the jungle.
In the jungle?!
Doesn't he know we have a concert?
Ooh, now we'll have to stop in the jungle and pick him up.
(croaks) Well, that wasn't part of the plan.
(puttering) PLANE: Plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane... NARRATOR: So, off they headed to the jungle to pick up their friend Fly.
Wee!
Hey, Frog, do a loopty-loop.
(croaks) Not now, Bug.
We have to stick to the plan.
(plane whirring) (whimpering) Hang on, bugs!
It's not as... smooth... as I planned.
(laughing): Frog, boy, this is fun!
(both laugh) Wee!
Whoa!
That was a great crash, Frog.
It was?
Very exciting.
I haven't crashed like that in a long time.
I love exciting.
You sure know how to have fun, Frog.
Fun?
That was not fun.
We just lost the "Pl" from "Plane."
The "Pl" from plane.
Yeah, what's that?
That's the sound that the first two letters in plane make.
P and L. Pl-pl-plane.
So we have to find those letters or we'll never find Fly and make it to the concert.
Yeah and we'll never get out of this pl-pl-place.
(both laugh) We need a plan.
Um, Frog, I think you mean a pl-pl-plan.
That was a good one.
(buzzing) Bugs!
This is no time to pl-pl-play.
Good one.
(laughing) Oh, now you have me doing it.
Okay, here's what we'll do.
We'll go into the jungle and look for the letters P and L. Sounds like a pl-pl-plan.
(both laugh) Oh.
NARRATOR: So, Frog, Bug and Bee went off into the jungle to find the letters P and L for Frog's pl-pl-plane.
But things didn't exactly go according to... pl-pl-plan.
Mmm.
It smells so yummy!
There's no time to stop and smell the flowers, Bee.
We have to follow the plan and find the letters.
Hey, Frog, check this out.
Aren't these the letters P and L?
Yes, Bug, yes, they are.
Good job.
(chuckles) Okay.
Pl, you're coming with us.
(grunting) These letters must be stuck to something, Frog.
Let's see.
Oh.
There are more letters here.
Pl... a... n... t. Aha!
This is a pl-pl-ant.
Um, are you sure, Frog?
Uh, Bug, I am something of a plant expert, you know.
The plant is hugging me.
(croaks) Oh, that's so cute.
She's hugging you.
(croaks and screams) Now she's kissing you.
(giggling): Oh!
Get me out of here!
Pl-pl-please?
(chuckles) We're on it.
(kissing continues) Tickle, tickle, tickle.
(laughing hysterically) Tickling this plant is fun!
(laughs) This is not fun!
(plant laughing) (Frog croaking) Aw, good-bye, pl-pl-plant.
(blows a kiss) That was not fun!
I bet the plant thought that was fun.
BEE: That was one silly plant.
We're never gonna find the pl for my plane.
Hey... (buzzes) Check this out.
P-L... PL.
(gasps) Maybe this is the pl for your plane, Frog.
Yeah.
Yeah, I say we pull 'em out.
Careful, Bug.
Let's make sure those are just letters this time.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
(grunting) Hmm, they seem to be just letters.
Coochie-coochie-coo!
They're not ticklish.
Well, we're running out of time.
(croaks) Ready?
NARRATOR: What Frog and his friends didn't know was that the letters were indeed part of a word.
Pl... ug?
Uh, plug?
What's a plug?
A plug is something that stops water from coming through a hole.
I wonder why there was a plug in that wall.
(rumbling) Um, I think I know.
Whoa!
Wow!
(yelling) (laughing) Oh, boy, this is fun!
Whee-ee-ee!
Oh, Bug, this is fun!
This is not fun!
(screaming) Whee!
Whee!
Whee!
(sputtering) Whew!
(croaks) Water... yuck!
Yeah, that was awesome!
That was one wild ride!
(scat singing over jazz music) Fly, where have you been?
Eating fruit.
What about you guys?
Looks like you been having fun.
Oh, we sure were.
Fun?
We most certainly have not been having fun.
What are you talking about, Frog?
Crashing the plane was fun, right?
(giggles) Well...
I guess it was a little fun.
Oh, and the ticklish kissing plant was silly.
(giggling) Yeah, really silly.
And the waterslide was tons of fun.
Oh, yeah.
Th-That was really fun.
And I don't even like water.
Wow, I guess we really did have fun.
That's right, Frog.
You always want to have fun.
Yeah.
I love to have fun!
ALL: Hooray for Frog!
Hey, anybody want to pl-pl-play a quick game of tag?
I do!

I do!
You're it!
(bugs laughing) (grunting) (whimpering) (gasps) "P-L." The missing letters to the pl-pl-plane!
Look at that, Frog!
You found them!
And you know what that means.
That means it's time to... ALL: Build a word!

(engine humming) KIDS: Plane!
♪ Yeah, we just built a word ♪ ♪ We built it, we built it.

We can still make it to the concert in time.
PLANE: Plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane, plane... NARRATOR: So Frog and his bandmates flew out of the jungle in the pl-pl-plane.
ALL: Ooh... plane.
(laughing) FROG: Hey, bugs.
This loopty-loop's for you.
ALL: Ooh.
(laughing) Ah... NARRATOR: As Frog played with the band, he knew he would always remember the fun he had had on his jungle adventure, just as he had pl-pl-planned.
(band plays music) The End.

Delivering the mail is a very important job.
So today you get to wear this very special hat.

♪ My fingers are a-quiver ♪ ♪ I got some mail to deliver.
♪ And I'm gonna be so good at it.
(train whistle blows) Aha!
Here it is.
(whistle blows) What's this, then?
Oh, boy!
Oh, boy!
Oh, boy!
(quacks) (laughs): Okay, Duck.
Here are three letters you need to deliver.
An "S," a "P," and an "N." Um, okiedokie.
Each letter is going to a very good friend of yours.
Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh.
I can do this!
Now listen very closely.
The "S" goes to Bear.
The "P" goes to Sheep.
And the "N" goes to Frog.
Got that?
Okay, the "S" goes to Bear.
The "P" goes to Sheep.
And the "N" goes to Frog.
Got it!
Now remember, it's important to deliver the right letter to the right friend.
Okay!
"S" goes to Bear.
"P" goes to Sheep.
"N" goes to Frog.
Don't you worry, Kangaroo.
I will deliver the right letter to the right friend.

NARRATOR: Duck had tried very hard to remember who was to receive each letter, but by the time he arrived at Bear's cave, he had forgotten Kangaroo's directions.
Does the "N" go to Bear?
And the "S" to Sheep?
And the-- no!
Now I'm all confused!
(quacks) Well, um, I'll just give Bear, um, this one.
It's just a letter, after all.
It doesn't really matter which one she gets.
NARRATOR: But Duck didn't realize that it did matter which letter each friend received.
Uh, mail call for Bear!
Mail call for Bear!
(quacks) On to my next delivery.
(laughs) Okay.
Hurry, Dog, my flag is up.
That means the mail is here.
(panting) I sure hope this is the letter "S" we've been waiting for.
(barks, pants) That way we can add it to this "ail" here and make a s... ail, sail for my skateboard!
(barks, pants) (laughs): You're right, Dog.
There's nothing more fun than skateboard-sailing.
Here's my "S." Huh?
(groans) Hey!
This isn't an "S." (barking) You're right, Dog!
This is the letter... "P"?
Hm?
That won't give us a "sail."
That'll give us a...
"pail."
KIDS: Pail!
A pail?
How are we gonna skateboard-sail with a pail?
(groans) NARRATOR: Duck didn't know that he delivered the wrong letter to Bear.
DUCK: Now, which letter is for Sheep?
Well, there's only one way to figure this out.
(inhales): ♪ Eeny, meeny, miney, meep ♪ ♪ Which letter do I give to Sheep?
♪ ♪ My mama told me to choose the very best one ♪ ♪ And this is it.
♪ Okay, this one!
It's just a letter, after all.
Quack.
Mail call for Sheep!
Mail call for Sheep!
One letter left-- I better fly.
(laughs): Oh, let's go, Fish.
Well, the mail's here!
I hope our letter "P" came.
Yippee!

When we add the "P" to our "ail" here, we'll make a...?

ail."
"Pail."
So I can carry you with me in the pail when we go skateboard-sailing with Bear!
Wha...?
An "N"?
That'll give us a... "N...
ail."
KIDS: Nail!
Oh, dear.
Um, how am I gonna carry you on a nail?
(groans) Don't worry, Fish.
We'll figure something out.
NARRATOR: Once again, Duck didn't know that he delivered the wrong letter to Sheep.
He was too busy delivering his next letter.
DUCK: Incoming!
(croaking) Airmail!
(muffled grunt) (Duck muttering) Hey, Frog, I got a letter for ya!
Oh!
It must be the letter "N." I need it to build the word "nail" to fix my wind machine.
(croaking) Now the letter, please?
Uh, one letter coming up!
(grunting) Got it!
Wait a minute.
Did you say the letter... "N"?
Yes.
Um, well, uh, here you go.
Wait a minute.
This isn't the letter "N." This is the letter "S"!
This won't work, Duck.
Um, well, sure it will, Frog.
It's just one letter.
Here, let me show ya.
No!
Duck, the "S" makes a "sss" sound.
You're going to build a s... ail.
KIDS: Sail!
FROG: Whoa!
Aah!
Duck!
(Frog gasping) Whoa!
What happened?
You brought me the wrong letter, that's what happened!
(grunting) You see, Duck, I wanted an "N" to make a "nail."
You brought me an "S," which made a "sail."
Wow.
I never knew one letter could make such a big difference.
Well, since each letter has its own sound, one letter can make a very big difference.
Oh.
(gasps): Hey, wait just one minute!
If I gave you the wrong letter, did I give Bear and Sheep the wrong letters, (gulps): ...too?
NARRATOR: Um, Duck?
Yes, Mr. Narrator?
NARRATOR: You did.
You gave your friends the wrong letters.
Oh, no!
That means they must have built the wrong words, too!
Oh, I can't let Kangaroo down!
I have to fix this.
(gasps nervously) Don't worry, Frog, I'm gonna fix everything.
I'll be back.
♪ ♪ (inhaling and blowing repeatedly) DUCK: Incoming!
(whistling through air) (Dog exclaims) Aah!
(barks, groans) NARRATOR: So Duck took back the "P" from "pail"... Come on, guys, follow me!
Quack.
(groans) (Duck roaring through air) DUCK: Incoming!
(gasps) NARRATOR: ...and the "N" from "nail"... (gasps) Come on!
Follow me!
DUCK: I'm coming, Frog!
(screeches) What's going on here, Duck?
Everyone, I'm sorry.
I delivered the wrong letters to ya.
Oh, that's okay, Duck.
But what happened?
Well, I, uh... (big sigh) I forgot Kangaroo's directions about who was supposed to get which letter, so I just gave you each any old letter.
(chuckles) Oh, Duck!
But now I know it's important to have the right letter, especially if you want to... quack, quack, build the right word!
♪ ♪ ♪ It's time to build a word ♪ ♪ Let's build it, let's build it now!
♪ S... ail.
KIDS: Sail!
I got my sail!
P... ail.
KIDS: Pail!
Oh, w-we got our pail!
N... ail.
KIDS: Nail!

♪ And this one last nail is all I need to start my... wind machine!
(air puffing) (croaking) Wahoo!
(laughs) Wee-hee!
NARRATOR: And once they had the right words, everyone had a really fun time.
(others laughing) Hi, Duck!

Oh, thanks, Kangaroo.
Did you have any problems?
Well... just a little mail mix-up.
(chuckles) It was nothing I couldn't handle.
